Management through LEAN, is a conscious approach to the production of goods and services, based on flexibility, high quality, elimination of waste and continuous improvement of processes and personnel (KAIZEN). The concept of Lean Management places particular emphasis on standardisation, prevention, visual management and goal setting (KPIs). Management by LEAN leads to cost optimisation and maximises efficiency and quality.
